HFI provides unlimited support for clients. There are 3 ways to request support:

1. Phone
   The best way to contact us is to call us at 860-659-4077. Our phone support hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm ET, except major US holidays.
2. Ask HFI
   If you need assistance outside of our phone support hours or prefer to contact us via our website, you can log in and use "Ask HFI".
3. Email
   If you are unable to contact us by phone or are unable to log in, you can send email to support@healthcareforecasting.com.
